The verbal should be within three seconds of the incant.

[Successful melee, missile, and packet attacks will interrupt your incant...

In the case where a spell allows you to throw multiple packets...] In this case, after the first verbal has been called, an interruption will only require the verbal to begin again.

[Skills in which you "gain (two/three) uses of" can have any time between the multiple attacks...] If they are spells, you must do the incant for each.

If the target is hit in the body or is unsure which limb may have been struck, it is the target’s choice which weapon is Destroyed. Repel Intention Interpretation - LIONE Clarify (Page 140) Added text: Back up to at least 10 feet away from the caster. Until you rest off the effect, you cannot approach within 10 feet of the caster.
